About the Opportunity

CoreOrigin Consulting is recruiting qualified Account Officers and Independent Sales Marketers to fill 50 positions across multiple locations on behalf of a client operating in the real estate sector.

Job Summary

Account Officers will manage field operations, including client visits, payment collection, account reconciliation, and record keeping. This role requires maintaining accurate financial documentation while nurturing strong, trust-based client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client portfolios and sustain strong client relationships
• Conduct field visits to collect payments
• Reconcile all payments and update financial records
• Issue receipts upon payment confirmation
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
• Maintain up-to-date client account information
• Prepare and submit periodic financial and client management reports
• Provide documentation and support during audits
• Ensure full compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Resolve client issues regarding payments, invoices, or account status
• Work collaboratively with finance and sales teams to ensure smooth revenue flow
