Account Officer (Marketing) at Crescent MFB

Job Summary

The Account Officer will drive business growth through customer acquisition, loan mobilization, deposit mobilization, and market engagement. The ideal candidate must be sales-oriented with strong relationship-building capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new customers for savings, current accounts, and loans
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure retention
• Meet assigned deposit and loan targets
• Support product campaigns and promotional activities

Requirements

• HND/BSc in any business-related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (microfinance experience is a plus)
• Proven ability to meet targets
