An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare Insurance GIT Order for payment
  • Updating Terminal & Shipping Payable & Receivable Schedule and Reconcile with import
  • Updating Prepaid Schedule/Audit Fees Prov. and Pass Month-End entry
  • Passing JV for Payroll Entries
  • Liaise with Admin for any BRS Pending entry/approval
  • Pass Bank Receipt for Terminal & Shipping Refund
  • Updating Corporate Customer WHT Schedule
  • Follow up with Payable Team for quick Release of Payment 
  • Perform other functions as requested by Seniors
  • Daily Debtors Matching for All Coy's
  • Passing JV for Inter-company transactions (Customers Deposit)
  • Passing of Customer PDC Entry
  • Co-ordinate with Dispatch Rider for Lodgement of PDC to Bank
  • Liaise with Payments Confirmation Team for all PDC Related Issue
  • Send Daily PDC Deposited Report to Payment Confirmation Team
  • Assist in Customer Billing
  • Perform other functions as requested by Seniors
