About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our team at Lohachy Farms. You will be responsible for managing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in all accounting transactions, and supporting management with timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-check and match invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Manage the company's accounts payable and receivable
• Track payments, debt profiles, and controls
• Conduct business performance analysis and provide feedback
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
• Track financial performance against budget and industry standards
• Process financial reports for submission to tax authorities and regulatory bodies
• Track company operational key performance indicators
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Facilitate budget preparation processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (BSc Accounting)
• ICAN qualification is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of relevant job experience
