About the Role
Newedge Finance Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Management Specialist (AMS) to join our EasyBuy team. The AMS serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent in-store support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer support in-store
- Create and manage customers' virtual repayment accounts
- Assist with customer onboarding and product registration
- Educate customers on EasyBuy products, policies, and payment plans
- Address and resolve customer issues; escalate complex cases when necessary
- Ensure a positive and smooth customer experience in line with EasyBuy standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets
Requirements
- Must own an Android device with a minimum of 3GB RAM and at least 2.5G network connectivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
