Newedge Finance Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Management Specialist (AMS) to join our EasyBuy team. The AMS serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent in-store support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer support in-store
• Create and manage customers' virtual repayment accounts
• Assist with customer onboarding and product registration
• Educate customers on EasyBuy products, policies, and payment plans
• Address and resolve customer issues; escalate complex cases when necessary
• Ensure a positive and smooth customer experience in line with EasyBuy standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets

Requirements

• Must own an Android device with a minimum of 3GB RAM and at least 2.5G network connectivity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
