Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Coordinator, located in Ikeja, with some flexibility for remote work. The Account Coordinator will support account management functions, build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure exceptional customer service, and assist with day-to-day account-related tasks. Additionally, the role will involve analyzing client data, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and collaborating with team members to deliver quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
- Serve as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Schedule and organize client meetings, calls, and presentations
- Support the execution of client campaigns and projects from briefing to delivery
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Ensure all deadlines are met and quality standards maintained
- Coordinate with creative, production, and strategy teams
- Prepare client proposals, reports, and presentations
- Update project management tools and databases
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns
- Contribute to client retention and satisfaction efforts
- Support new business pitches and onboarding processes
- 1-3 years of experience in client services, account coordination, or related role (media/advertising experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in customer service and account management to ensure excellent client satisfaction
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in account coordination or client management roles is an advantage
- Working knowledge of the Nigerian media and marketing industry is a bonus
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
