## Title: Account and Administration Manager

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within a dynamic accounting and tax services organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and execution of all company projects, partnerships, and events/programs
  • Implement Executive Council decisions and directives
  • Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of and within the organization
  • Oversee secretariat staff and daily operations
  • Coordinate logistics for all meetings, conferences, and formal engagements
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, including financial statements, management accounts, project finance, and financial budgets
  • Present domestic and international project financial reports
  • Conduct research for external communications and debriefing
  • Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including website, meeting tools, and productivity platforms
  • Address and resolve member requests in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a first-degree qualification in Accounting (2nd Class Upper or better)
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Currently undertaking ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria) at Skills level or final part stage
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent corporate communication abilities
  • Functional administrative skills
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
