About the Role

We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to join our dynamic team at Campus Technologies Limited. In this role, you will guide prospective and current students in selecting suitable IT training programs based on their career aspirations. You will play a vital role in student recruitment, engagement, and retention by providing academic guidance and ensuring a seamless enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on course offerings, career prospects, and enrolment requirements
• Assist students in choosing the right IT training programs based on their goals and skill levels
• Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and convert them into enrolments
• Provide detailed information about course structures, fees, certification, and career opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, enrolments, and feedback
• Support students throughout their academic journey, addressing concerns and providing career guidance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between promotional strategies and academic offerings
• Organize information sessions, webinars, and open days to engage potential students
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging skills in IT to provide relevant counselling

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Counselling, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic advising, career counselling, or student enrolment (preferably in IT education)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and address their concerns effectively
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Familiarity with IT training programs, certifications, and career paths (an added advantage)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and contribute to enrollment growth
