A/C Technician at Alliance Hospital and Services

About the Role

Alliance Hospital & Services Limited is seeking a dedicated and qualified AC Technician to join our facility management team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems throughout our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems within the facility
• Conduct routine inspections to identify faults and ensure optimal performance
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls
• Maintain accurate service reports and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Support the engineering team in facility management tasks when required

Requirements

• OND or Trade Test qualification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience as an AC Technician (healthcare facility experience is an added advantage)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical issues
• Good communication skills and professionalism
