Job Summary

Pally Agro Products Limited is seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks to support the maintenance and construction of equipment, machinery, and structures within our processing and poultry facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, precision in workmanship, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Ashipa Village, Ogun State, Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks on equipment, cages, frames, and metal structures
• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and plant infrastructure
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Ensure proper selection of materials, tools, and welding techniques for each job
• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Conduct routine maintenance of welding tools and equipment
• Adhere strictly to safety, health, and environmental procedures while on duty
• Collaborate with the Engineering and Production teams to ensure smooth operation of production lines

Qualifications and Requirements

• Trade Test Certificate, OND qualification, or equivalent qualification in Welding, Fabrication, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years practical experience in industrial welding, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical schematics
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
• Good communication and teamwork skills
