Warehouse Supervisor at Tusen Consulting

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Oshodi–Isolo facility. The ideal candidate will supervise warehouse staff, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain safety standards, and drive operational efficiency in line with global best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct stock counts
• Lead and coordinate warehouse associates to meet daily KPIs
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company safety standards
• Prepare operational reports and track performance metrics
• Resolve operational issues promptly to avoid service delays

Requirements

• HND qualification
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
