About the Role

We are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations related to soybean handling, storage, and dispatch. This role ensures quality standards are maintained, inventory is accurately managed, and logistics are efficiently coordinated to support production and distribution needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, grading, storage, and dispatch of soybeans
• Acquire new customers and suppliers of soybeans and SBM (Soybean Meal)
• Monitor and ensure the quality of soybean grains in line with company and regulatory standards
• Manage procurements and coordinate logistics operations, including scheduling of inbound and outbound deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock with system records
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with health, safety, and quality control procedures
• Understand market prices and provide feedback on market conditions and trends
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on stock levels, warehouse activities, and quality issues

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agriculture, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or agricultural commodity management (preferably soybeans or grains)
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards for grains and food safety practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
