About the Role

Fine Brothers Limited is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a qualified Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities while ensuring efficient coordination among staff and maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular inventory counts, reporting discrepancies
• Maintain inventory records and conduct audits to reduce stock discrepancies and damages
• Pick and pack orders for branches and walk-in customers with focus on speed and accuracy
• Ensure timely distribution of devices and accessories to nationwide branches
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse in compliance with safety standards
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, including proper storage and handling procedures
• Adhere to regulations and standards for device storage and distribution
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff
• Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping processes
• Ensure goods are properly stored, handled, and delivered to branches and customers in a timely and safe manner

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role
• Completed NYSC
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, ERP, or FOCUS software
• Punctual and detail-oriented
• Not above 35 years of age
