Warehouse Material Handler

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Role Purpose The Warehouse Material Handler will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely handling of goods within the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials in line with the organisation's quality, safety, and compliance standards. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and strict adherence to warehouse procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records. - Assist in receiving inbound shipments, working closely with supervisors to verify goods and documentation. - Support outbound operations, including picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of goods. - Ensure materials are stored in designated areas and organized in line with warehouse procedures. - Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the warehouse at all times. - Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly to the supervisor. - Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – if certified) safely and responsibly. - Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor. Required Qualifications: & Experience - Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification. - 1–2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management (FMCG or logistics industry preferred). - Basic knowledge of warehouse processes (receiving, stock management, dispatch). - Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving goods
