## Title: Warehouse Executive

Maintain records of items shipped, received from the project site, or transferred to other warehouse locations
Locate, sort, and move goods within different parts of the warehouse
Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
Ensure the warehouse is well organized, maintaining neatness and tidiness
Inspect materials thoroughly for quality, quantity, and specific conditions
Develop and implement proactive tools maintenance programs
Ensure maintenance reports are drafted properly and accurately
Track goods entering and leaving the warehouse in a timely manner
Ensure proper authorization for all goods entering and leaving the warehouse
Input supplies into the warehouse inventory system and verify accuracy
Ensure all tool maintenance operations comply with company policy and OSHA guidelines
Coordinate with the OHS coordinator to investigate all reported incidents, including near-misses and accidents
