Warehouse and Dispatch Officer

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. We’re looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Dispatch Officer. The ideal candidate will handle the receiving, storage, packaging, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accuracy, speed, and safety in daily operations. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments. - Organize and store goods properly in the warehouse. - Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately. - Coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules. - Track inventory levels and report shortages or damages. - Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse space. - Ensure timely deliveries and proper documentation. Requirements: - Good physical strength and attention to detail. - Basic computer literacy (Microsoft office, emails etc). - Punctual, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision. - Team player with good communication skills.
