Major Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers professionally, ensuring a high-quality dining experience
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Supervise waitstaff and ensure smooth service operations
• Train and mentor junior staff members
• Manage reservations and coordinate table assignments
• Manage orders, payments, and reservations efficiently
• Assist in stock control and inventory management
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
• Support management in daily operational tasks

Requirements

• HND or BSc Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
