Job Summary - A well-established hotel in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waitress to join our hospitality team. - If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities - Greet and attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner. - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly. - Serve meals and beverages efficiently. - Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service. - Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with grace. - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Ideal Candidate - Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Neat appearance and good personal hygiene. - Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. - Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
