Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customers' satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome customers politely and courteously
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally
• Handle customer complaints professionally or refer them to the supervisor when necessary
• Clear tables, clean surfaces, and reset them for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Must be neat, punctual, and well-groomed

Salary

N70,000 per month
