Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers promptly and politely
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks professionally and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining spaces
• Ensure guests are satisfied and address any concerns courteously
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Qualification: NCE/OND
• Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service (an added advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of hospitality and customer care
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Neat appearance, good manners, and a positive attitude
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player

Schedule

• Full-time, shift-based position
• Weekend and holiday availability required
