Job Summary

An established company is seeking a responsible and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress with at least two years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and deliver excellent customer service
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly
• Maintain clean, properly arranged tables throughout service
• Provide menu guidance and respond to customer questions
• Process customer payments and issue receipts when necessary
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and presentable

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting
• Must live within or very close to Ikoyi
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting
• Professional appearance and excellent hygiene
• Polite, attentive, and service-oriented demeanor
• Available to resume immediately
