An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Summary - We are seeking a courteous and attentive Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. - The ideal candidate is customer-focused, well-groomed, and able to work effectively in a busy environment. Responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. - Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients, special items, or recommendations). - Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them in a timely manner. - Serve food and beverages according to service standards. - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and responding promptly to requests or complaints. - Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset for incoming guests. - Process payments and issue receipts. - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the dining area. - Assist other team members during busy periods and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. - Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service - Basic knowledge of food and beverage service. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. - Polite, presentable, and professional demeanor.
