## Title: Volunteer Virtual Assistant

Role Overview

As a Volunteer Virtual Assistant, you'll work closely with our management and creative teams to handle daily administrative tasks, client communication, and content coordination — all while building valuable experience in the digital workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, schedules, and follow-ups
  • Assist with social media posting and coordination
  • Organize files, documents, and reports
  • Conduct online research and data entry
  • Support client communication and project tracking
  • Attend virtual meetings and take notes when required
  • Provide customer relationship management support

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work independently
