Volunteer Sponsorship / Program Coordinator at Women Reform Organization

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Role Description - This is a remote volunteer role for a Sponsorship / Program Coordinator. The individual will oversee day-to-day program management responsibilities, ability to draft sponsorship proposal, coordinate sponsorship efforts, and ensure the effective implementation of the organization's initiatives. - Tasks may include developing and managing programs, maintaining communication with sponsors and stakeholders, supporting mentorship and training projects, and contributing to the recruitment of beneficiaries. - The coordinator will play a pivotal role in aligning activities with the overarching mission of empowering African women. Qualifications - Program Management and Program Development skills to design, implement, and oversee impactful initiatives. - Strong Project Management abilities to plan, execute, and monitor program activities efficiently. - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with sponsors, stakeholders, and participants effectively. - High adaptability, organizational skills, and self-motivation to excel in a remote volunteer capacity. - Prior experience in non-profit or community-focused work is a plus. - A passion for women's empowerment and social change is essential.
