About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to lead our vocational school center. As Center Head, you will provide strategic leadership and management to ensure effective administration, operations, and continuous improvement of our vocational training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and management to the vocational school center, ensuring effective administration and operations
• Oversee the development and implementation of vocational training programs, ensuring alignment with industry needs and standards
• Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality instruction
• Foster a supportive learning environment, ensuring students receive guidance and resources to achieve their vocational goals
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local industries, employers, and stakeholders to ensure relevance and effectiveness of training programs
• Monitor and evaluate program quality, implementing improvements to maintain high standards and accreditation requirements
• Oversee budget planning and management, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support vocational training programs
• Promote the vocational school center and its programs to attract students, employers, and community partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's Degree preferred
• Proven experience in vocational education, leadership, and management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
