About the Role

An established company is seeking a creative and versatile Visual/Graphics Designer to produce high-quality designs that align with the company's mission, engage the audience, and elevate the brand. As the visual presence grows, this role will be instrumental in creating compelling visual assets that support brand identity, learning content, marketing campaigns, and product visuals across digital and print formats.

Objective

To create compelling visual assets that support the brand identity, learning content, marketing campaigns, and product visuals across digital and print formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visuals for social media, web pages, blog posts, ads, and marketing campaigns
• Create graphics and layouts for learning materials, presentations, and infographics
• Support the UI/UX team with icons, illustrations, and brand-consistent assets
• Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and communicates clearly
• Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual identity and storytelling
• Prepare files for web, mobile, and print use as needed

Performance Metrics

• Timely delivery of high-quality visual assets
• Engagement metrics on visual content (clicks, shares, views)
• Consistency and adherence to brand identity across all platforms
• Positive internal feedback from content, marketing, and design teams

Quality Control Expectations

• Visually polished, error-free, and brand-aligned deliverables
• Appropriate formatting for each platform and use-case
• Responsive to feedback and creative iterations

Collaboration & Reporting

• Reports to the Head of Operations and Creative Lead
• Works closely with marketing, content, and UI/UX teams
• All visual assets must be reviewed and approved by the creative or marketing lead

Required Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
• Good understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills (e.g., After Effects, Canva animations) is a plus
