Videographer / Photographer & Video Editor

Position Overview

May Publishing Ltd seeks a creative and skilled Videographer/Photographer with video editing expertise to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and clients' visions.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture compelling photo and video content during events, shoots, and tours through visual storytelling
• Edit raw footage and photos into polished, engaging final products using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or Final Cut Pro
• Assist in planning shoot concepts, equipment setup, and shot lists during pre-production
• Understand client needs and deliver visually powerful content through effective collaboration
• Organize and archive footage while ensuring backup of all media files
• Suggest fresh ideas for improving shoot styles, editing techniques, and overall visual output

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and video editing
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (Adobe Suite or equivalent)
• Strong eye for detail, lighting, framing, and composition
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with event coverage and/or travel content (preferred)
