About the Role

Animal Care Services Consult is seeking a qualified Veterinary Diagnostician to join our team in Ogere, Remo Ogun, Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will provide professional veterinary services, technical support, and diagnostic expertise to ensure optimal animal health and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice to clients on animal feeding, production, and sanitary management
• Assist the field sales team with technical support
• Vaccinate animals and implement disease prevention programs
• Diagnose, treat, and manage animal diseases and injuries
• Ensure the general health and well-being of animals under care
• Operate diagnostic and treatment equipment effectively
• Collect and analyze blood, tissue, and other biological samples
• Conduct disease diagnosis and provide recommendations for control and prevention
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from a recognized institution (mandatory)
• Minimum of three (3) years post-NYSC experience in poultry and animal disease diagnostics and control
• Additional qualifications or certifications are advantageous
