Job description

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Purpose: - Operate the sales van to drive sales performance and deliver agreed business objectives, ensuring brilliant execution of sales and channel marketing activities within the assigned territory. Key Accountabilities - Achieve direct load-out and redistribution of stock from distributors/warehouses to retail outlets within assigned routes. - Ensure effective and comprehensive coverage of retail outlets across assigned routes. - Establish, maintain, and continually expand the retail outlet base by recruiting new outlets daily. - Deliver assigned sales targets (SKU, territory, and value) through effective market penetration and customer relationship management. - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. - Introduce new and existing products to customers and drive incremental sales. - Prepare and submit accurate DRAR daily sales reports to the ASM. - Support dealer network expansion and secondary sales performance. - Ensure optimal van utilization, fuel management, and operational cost control. Qualifications - ND/NCE in any discipline - Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel) - Valid Driver’s License - Minimum of 2 years experience in sales with clear KPI achievements - Proven van driving and van sales experience - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Skills/Competencies Check how your CV aligns with this job
