Job Summary - The Vehicle Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting dealership sales goals. - The role involves guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, from initial inquiry to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and engage customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles. - Explain product features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranties. - Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance. - Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets. - Process sales paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements. - Maintain knowledge of current inventory, new product launches, promotions, and industry trends. - Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate with finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience. Requirements: - Interested candidates shouldI should possess an SSCE / NECO / GCE or OND with 2-4 years of experience as a sales representative.
