## Title: Van Field Sales Supervisor - Kaduna
Position Overview
Our client, a reputable and fast-growing FMCG organization, is seeking a high-performing Van Field Sales Supervisor to oversee van sales operations, drive market penetration, and ensure strong product visibility across Kaduna and its environs. This role is ideal for a target-driven sales professional who understands route-to-market (RTM) strategy, retail activation, and van sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute direct load-out and effective redistribution of products from hubs/warehouses to retail outlets
- Ensure full and consistent coverage of all retail outlets within assigned routes
- Identify, recruit, and activate new retail outlets daily to grow the sales footprint
- Achieve all assigned sales targets (SKU-level and value-based)
- Promote and introduce products to retailers to drive visibility and sales turnover
- Submit accurate and timely Daily Reports & Activity Reports (DRAR) to the Area Sales Manager
- Build, manage, and support dealer/distributor networks to drive secondary sales
- Track stock levels, monitor market trends, and provide relevant feedback to the team
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes, policies, and ethical standards
- Maintain optimal utilization of sales vans, monitor fuel usage, and manage operational costs
Required Qualifications and Requirements
- ND or NCE in any discipline
- Valid Driver's License (mandatory)
- Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in field sales or van sales
- Proven ability to independently drive a sales van and deliver sales KPIs
- Solid knowledge of FMCG field sales, route-to-market models, and channel management
- Strong computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
