Van Field Sales Executive

Job Purpose - To operate the company sales van and achieve agreed business targets through effective execution of sales, redistribution, and channel marketing activities within the assigned territory. Experience: & Requirements - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales with proven KPI achievement - Strong experience in Van Sales within the FMCG industry - Proven ability to drive sales vans and deliver sales targets with minimal supervision - Good knowledge of Warri routes and retail trade channels - Strong communication and negotiation skills. Compensation & Benefits - N120,000 Gross Monthly Salary - N120,000 Variable Pay - N52,000 Conveyance Allowance (applicable to candidates not close to designated pick-up points).
