Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance agents to meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the unit's life insurance business
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents, providing coaching and training as needed
• Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, including compliance with the Nigerian Insurance Act and NAICOM guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
• Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to senior management
• Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and training of new agents
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients
• Collaborate with marketing and underwriting departments to optimize product offerings and client satisfaction

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
