About the Role

68byalake is seeking highly skilled, disciplined, and committed tailors to join our fast-growing Ready-to-Wear and Custom Clothing Factory in Lagos, Nigeria.

This role is for serious, dedicated tailors who can work independently, follow structured processes, meet daily production targets, and commit to a minimum of one year with our company. Key Responsibilities

• Sew high-quality garments with clean finishing, neat stitches, and excellent fitting
• Work confidently on a wide range of styles including dresses (flare, straight, fitted, pleated), two-pieces, jumpsuits, shirts, trousers, and structured styles
• Follow patterns, instructions, sketches, and samples correctly
• Meet daily and weekly production targets consistently
• Make corrections or adjustments to garments as required
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned work area and sewing machine
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Quality Control Officer to ensure all pieces meet company standards
• Demonstrate discipline, punctuality, and respect for company rules

Technical Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of active sewing experience
• Ability to sew a wide range of styles without supervision
• Ability to cut and sew accurately (pattern knowledge is a bonus)
• Experience working in a production-based or factory environment is an added advantage
• Must be fast, neat, and highly detailed in work

• Reliable daily attendance and punctuality
• Willing to work within structured processes, rules, and quality checks
• Available to commit to a minimum of one year (this is not a short-term position)
