Treasury Sales Officer at Beacongate Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Treasury Sales Officer to drive treasury product sales, manage high-net-worth (HNW) and institutional client portfolios, and provide strategic treasury and investment advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell treasury products including Money Market instruments, Treasury Bills, Bonds, Commercial Papers, and other structured investment products
• Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW and institutional clients
• Drive sales growth through client acquisition and relationship management
• Provide market insights and investment solutions that optimize liquidity and returns
• Support liquidity management and Asset & Liability Management (ALM) initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal risk controls and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Treasury Sales, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or Asset Management
• Proven track record in selling treasury instruments and managing HNW portfolios
• Strong financial market knowledge, business development, and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
