Travel Consultant at Zirotrip

About the Role

The Visa & Travel Consultant will handle client consultations, provide expert advice on visa and relocation services, and ensure successful preparation of client applications. This sales-driven role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills to close deals and promote travel packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth client consultations on travel, study, work, and relocation visas
• Assess client eligibility and advise on requirements and processes
• Prepare and review visa application documents and submissions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and travel guidelines
• Promote services and close sales
• Follow up with clients and ensure high client satisfaction
• Assist the Branch Manager with operations, reporting, and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• BSc/HND in International Relations, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in travel/visa consultancy or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and sales ability with proven track record
• Detail-oriented, organized, and target-driven
• Proficiency in Zoho Workplace or Google Workspace
