Transport Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in transport operations management - Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices - Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and GPS tracking - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily transportation operations, including route planning and scheduling - Supervise transport team, including drivers, dispatchers, and maintenance staff - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., safety standards, licensing) - Monitor and optimize fleet utilization, capacity, and performance - Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures - Analyze and mitigate risks associated with transportation operations - Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders - Conduct performance reviews and training for transport staff - Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and expand our presence in the transport industry. - Oversee the daily operations of our transport fleet, including, passengers transport, haulage and logistics ensuring efficient and safe operations. - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand, increase visibility, and attract new customers.
