Purpose Statement

We are seeking a competent and motivated Transport Officer to provide safe, dependable, and efficient transportation for company executives, employees, clients, and goods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping company vehicles in excellent condition, complying with all traffic laws, and offering support for administrative and logistical tasks as needed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely and punctually transport company executives, staff, and visitors to assigned destinations
• Ensure that company vehicles are always clean, well-maintained, and serviced as scheduled
• Comply with all traffic regulations, road safety standards, and company driving policies
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
• Assist with the loading and unloading of company materials, equipment, or documents as needed
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues or concerns
• Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, especially when handling executive-level or sensitive matters
• Perform general office errands, including banking, courier deliveries, and document dispatch
• Provide support to the administrative, production, or logistics team when required
• Ensure all vehicle-related documents, such as insurance and registration, are valid and up to date
• Follow company security procedures, particularly when transporting valuable assets or high-level personnel
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management in line with the role

Essential Requirements

• A minimum of High School Diploma or its equivalent
• A valid driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle operated
• Demonstrated experience as a corporate, executive, or professional driver
• A clean driving record with no serious traffic violations
• Proficiency in using GPS devices and navigation applications
