About the Role
Athena Institute of Business & Technology (AIBT) is recruiting experienced broadcast professionals and communication experts to serve as Training Facilitators for its executive programme on Broadcast Presentation Excellence.
The Training Facilitator will design and deliver practical, high-impact training focused on broadcast presentation, on-camera performance, and professional media delivery. The programme targets executives, spokespersons, media professionals, and public-facing leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training on broadcast presentation techniques for television, radio, and digital media
- Coach participants on voice control, diction, articulation, and body language
- Train on on-camera confidence, professional presence, and live broadcast handling
- Deliver sessions on scripting, teleprompter use, and broadcast etiquette
- Lead practical studio simulations, mock interviews, and presentation drills
- Provide individualized feedback to participants to improve delivery and performance
- Support the development and review of course materials
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mass Communication, Broadcast Journalism, Media Studies, Performing Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years' professional experience in broadcasting, media presentation, television/radio production, or related areas
- Demonstrable experience as a news anchor, presenter, broadcaster, media trainer, or producer
- Proven experience facilitating professional or executive training programmes
- Strong on-camera presence and excellent verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with studio environments, broadcast equipment, and live production workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience training government spokespersons or corporate executives
