## Title: Training and Learning Assistant

About the Role

Strengths Africa Limited is seeking a Training & Learning Assistant (TLA) to drive on-ground excellence, coordination, and delivery of our trainings in Abuja and Lagos state. This role goes beyond logistics support—you will own the training experience, ensuring every program is professionally prepared, smoothly delivered, and consistently impactful.

As Strengths Africa's representative on the ground, you will be responsible for aligning faculty, venues, materials, participants, and partners to deliver trainings that meet our quality and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end coordination for Strengths Africa trainings in Lagos
  • Prepare training venues, materials, equipment, and learning environments
  • Serve as the primary on-ground liaison between HQ, faculty, venues, and participants
  • Support facilitation, session flow, and participant engagement during trainings
  • Anticipate and resolve logistical or operational issues proactively
  • Manage participant registration, attendance, and learning documentation
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of general sessions and feedback/testimonials
  • Collect feedback, track outcomes, and submit insight-driven post-training reports
  • Support training-related campaigns, partnerships, and regional programs as required

  • Passionate about delivering excellent learning experiences

Required Qualifications

  • First Class or Second Class Upper degree in Education
  • 2–5 years of experience in training coordination, event management, NGO programs, or learning support roles
  • Proven ability to engage in research-driven tasks with attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy (Word/Docs, Excel)
