About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Trade Manager to join our on-site team in Lekki. The Trade Manager will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing plans, managing relationships with clients and distributors, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities, and working with internal teams to ensure growth in market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans
• Manage relationships with clients and distributors
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities
• Work with internal teams to ensure market share growth
• Coordinate promotional activities
• Train sales teams
• Ensure brand visibility within the market

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Trade Marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Budget Management, and Inventory Planning
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
• Ability to develop and execute Marketing Campaigns and Promotions
• Demonstrated understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
• Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience in the beverage, retail, or FMCG industry
