Role Description

An established company is recruiting a full-time Trade Manager to join the on-site team in Lekki. The Trade Manager will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing plans, managing relationships with clients and distributors, and driving market growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing trade marketing plans
• Managing relationships with clients and distributors
• Analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinating promotional activities and ensuring brand visibility
• Training sales teams
• Working with internal teams to ensure growth in market share

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Trade Marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Budget Management, and Inventory Planning
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
• Ability to develop and execute Marketing Campaigns and Promotions
• Demonstrated understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
• Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience in the beverage, retail, or FMCG industry
