## Title: Territory Sales Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships across an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory revenue targets
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, key accounts, and industrial clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent pipeline development
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed on trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and overall territory profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product Managers, Supply Chain, Finance) to meet customer requirements
  • Ensure timely reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence
  • Supervise and guide junior sales representatives or agents (if applicable)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields
  • 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, chemicals, food ingredients, industrial raw materials, or FMCG
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned territory
