## Title: Tender Board, Process & Planning Analyst
About the Role
Hobark International Limited is seeking a Tender Board, Process & Planning Analyst to coordinate and analyze tender processes, procurement planning, and optimization services across all organizational departments. This role ensures timely delivery of procurement support while maintaining compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and analyze tender processes and procurement planning activities
- Provide optimization services to all departments in a timely manner
- Ensure all procurement and contracting activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and optimize cost efficiency and supplier performance
- Manage process compliance and performance to achieve company objectives
- Prepare and circulate supply chain management reports in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Professional certification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent is preferred
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of procurement planning, cost estimation methodologies, and supplier evaluation
- Proficiency in procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP tools
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex cost data
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and industry best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
