Job Summary - We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate leads, close sales, and build strong customer relationships. - If you are confident, persuasive, and enjoy working in a target-driven environment, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities - Taking order from the company's website and makingoutbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads - Present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets - Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems - Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally - Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
