## Title: Telesales and Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Pennylander Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Telesales Representative to join our team in Lagos. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound communications while delivering exceptional customer support and driving sales for our Public Sector loan products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
  • Handle inbound and outbound telephone communications to foster customer relationships
  • Make sales calls and meet sales targets for Public Sector loan products
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional phone etiquette
  • Deliver a positive customer service experience across all interactions
  • Manage day-to-day customer service tasks independently and collaboratively

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc., HND, or OND in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Telesales
  • Minimum 2 years of telesales experience (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (required)
  • Previous experience in telesales or customer service in a financial institution or Fintech company (required)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Customer satisfaction focus and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software

Compensation

Monthly Salary: N150,000
