The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, and digital operations. - This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the Technology Lead, contribute to daily IT operations, and support digital transformation initiatives that drive the company’s goal. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments. - Hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure). - Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs).
