Technical/Project Associate at a Reputable Company

Role Overview

A fast-growing company specializing in Civil/Environmental Engineering and Project Management Consultancy is seeking motivated professionals to serve as Technical/Project Associates. This is a flexible, hybrid, commission-based professional partnership opportunity supporting the company's civil, environmental, and project management operations.

The role encompasses proposal development, project supervision, documentation, client engagement, and administrative coordination. This is a performance-based collaboration rather than traditional salaried employment, built on contribution and shared project value.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify project opportunities and prepare Expressions of Interest (EOIs), RFP responses, and technical proposals
• Support site inspections, data collection, and preliminary assessments for civil and environmental projects
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and documentation (BEME, BOQ, reports, etc.)
• Provide on-site supervision support during active projects as required
• Prepare weekly activity updates, progress notes, and client follow-up summaries
• Represent the company in client meetings, vendor discussions, and technical briefings
• Collaborate on project development tasks as assigned
• Participate in remote and in-person strategy sessions and client engagements

Minimum Requirements

Candidates should possess either technical/project skills or administrative/business support skills:

• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or Project Management
