## Title: Technical Sales Manager – Solar Systems

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth in the solar energy sector. You will be responsible for identifying high-profile clients, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering tailored solar energy solutions while collaborating with technical teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

Client Prospecting & Relationship Management

  • Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their technical and business requirements
  • Actively seek out high-profile clients and generate leads through various channels
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to generate revenue and drive business growth
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, installers, contractors, and stakeholders within the solar energy industry

Sales and Business Development

  • Provide tailored solutions by recommending appropriate high-capacity solar inverter systems that suit client needs and budgets
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with high-profile clients
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase benefits and functionalities of high-capacity solar inverters
  • Cultivate a network of industry contacts to expand business opportunities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the client base in the solar industry

Technical Project Management

  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide technical guidance and support to high-profile clients regarding their solar energy systems
  • Conduct product training sessions and workshops for clients and internal sales teams to enhance product knowledge and technical skills
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery, managing client expectations and maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analyses on product improvements and new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and customer feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, Sales, or related field
