Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Proposal Officer to join our dynamic team in the Facility Management industry. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Quantity Surveying with expertise in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, combined with a solid understanding of Facility Management operations and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and write comprehensive technical Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and proposals for client bids and tenders related to facility management services in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air conditioning domains
• Interpret technical drawings and documentation related to electrical and mechanical systems to prepare accurate BOQs and proposals
• Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and investors
• Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance proposal visibility and client engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Managers and Engineers, to support business growth and development
• Apply quantity surveying principles to ensure cost-effective and competitive proposals
• Stay informed about the company's products and services, and articulate their value propositions to clients
• Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to improve products, services, and business development strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Facility Management industry or equivalent, preferably in a Proposal Officer role
• Familiarity with tools and materials used in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and air conditioning systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
